Marketing, in it’s purest form, is about connecting companies with customers through understanding the market, developing the right product for that market, finding the right channels to distribute to that market, and creating the strategy to make it all work together. It could involve any number of the aforementioned tactics and channels, but it’s the job of a marketer to get the product or service to the market in the most effective way.
